Human Capital Executive

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Human Capital Executive who will assist in the transformational journey of Logidis Ltd. The incumbent will be responsible to drive key Human Capital initiatives to create and add value to the Company. The incumbent will report to the Human Capital Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in close partnership with management and line functions on implementation/ dissemination of HC policies & procedures / related information to staff.
• Manage the recruiting, selection, and on-boarding cycle of new employees.
• Coach and provide training to Line Managers to develop their understanding of employment law and their practical application at the workplace.
• Make use of performance management tools to ensure that employees and the team are on track to reach individual and departmental goals.
• Participate in the payroll process and ensure that control measures are compliant with legal provisions and company/group policies.
• Produce dashboard and reports and ensure that figures and are accurate and up to date.
• Drive engagement initiatives that will promote engagement across the organisation.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HC projects and initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or any other related field.
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position.

Other Requisites

• Mastering the Employment laws in Mauritius.
• Able to effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate with people at different levels.
• Ability to deal with confidential or sensitive information and demonstrating a high degree of honesty and integrity.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Good knowledge of IT and MS Office Software tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Holder of a valid driving licence
