If you own the vehicle and hold a valid Public Service Vehicle or Carrier’s “A” Licence, you are liable to apply

No, but it would be preferable to have a vehicle less than 10 years old.

There is no set time frame, but applicants will get a response within a reasonable period.

Your application is suspended pending receipt of the missing documents.

We will add you to our approved supplier’s list and call you when we need your services.

Warehousing

  • We offer attractive rates depending on:
    The product type (including FMCG, chilled, and high-value products)
  • The volume
  • The expected storage period
  • If the goods are palletised or non-palletised upon arrival

Fire
We have equipped our warehouses with modern fire detecting and fire fighting equipment. We also have a well-established schedule for all equipment maintenance to keep everything in tip-top condition at all times. We’re audited regularly to ensure that our equipment and premises are in line with the Safety and Health regulations. Finally, we organise Fire Awareness courses to improve our staff’s fire response and ensure that our Supervisors are properly trained to handle any emergency.

Pests
Our service provider for Pest Control is on-site every week to offer the best protection against rodents, birds, and insects.

Theft
Our warehouses are under camera surveillance 24/7, and a top-tier security company gives higher protection against pilferage.

Logidis uses a modern, well-known European warehouse management system known as GOLD. All stock movements are recorded and managed online by the system, thus eliminating the risk of human error. Stock reports (expiry, dormancy, etc.) are available upon request from our customers.

Our storage warehouse has dedicated space to maintain the quality of products that require special temperature storage conditions or whose sensitive nature needs round-the-clock monitoring. In addition, Logidis has invested in new software that provides all temperature and humidity recordings online, allowing us to take immediate corrective actions if we note any deviation. These measures help us preserve the high quality of all the products we store.

We duly record all your important documents in our Archives Management System for fast retrieval. Requested boxes can be made available to you within 24 hours, either for Collect or Delivery by Logidis Transport Department. We guarantee the confidentiality of your information in our custody.

You should confirm a Service Agreement with Logidis before sending your goods for storage. Please ensure that you email us with all of the product details, and we ask that you give us at least 24-hours notice before sending your vehicle or container for unstuffing and storage.

Our warehouses will prepare orders according to the schedule set by our Delivery Section. To ensure the timely completion and delivery of your sales orders, we need to have them 24 hours in advance. The cut-off time for the next day delivery is 10.30 a.m.

We can provide this facility, but we apply a special rate in those cases.

You can collect your orders at Logidis between 8 a.m. and 4.30 p.m, Monday to Friday.
